We are a small property management company with a big heart. As such, we would like to help you worry less (or even, worry not) about your property as much as we can.
If we can help, we want to.
Having said that we’re small and we’re new. In fact, “we” are just one person for the moment (Marko, the owner) and while there will be more of us this summer helping with the cleaning and maintenance, our overall management expertise will still be limited by our experience and our rates reflect that.
They do not reflect the high level of eagerness and dedication to solving problems and we will do our best to provide the highest level of service we’re capable of.

We started using Marko this winter to watch our place while we are down south each year. He has been amazing! He checks everything, inside and out. He makes sure the circuit breaker is on, the outdoor furniture stays covered and adjusts the heat based on the temperature so pipes don’t freeze. He takes pics of inside and out to send to us each time he does a check. When a large tree feel during a storm he found someone to chop it up and remove it, and he got us the lowest price of several people. He is very trustworthy and we are so glad we found him to watch our property!
