We are a small property management company with a big heart. As such, we would like to help you worry less (or even, worry not) about your property as much as we can.
If we can help, we want to.
We’re still small — a couple of people over the winter and a few more in the summer. What we lack in size we try to make up for with eagerness, clear communication, and actually showing up and doing the work.

I’m almost hesitant to tell you about Marko and his crew. I want to keep them for myself and my neighbors. I can’t recall a more responsive, talented and reliable service. And they do a lot more than turn overs and deep cleans. Marko is a problem solver.
I contacted them initially about a Spring deep clean of my family’s home next door and to set up turn overs for some summer rentals. Talking with Marko on our initial visit it became very clear, very soon that he could take on pretty much EVERY thing I needed to get done, to get the house ready for inspection. Putting in smoke detectors and installing fire extinguishers? No problem. Clean up the yard? Paint a ceiling? Absolutely. I feel like I’ve found a very likable genie.
I needed an outdoor barn type door painted to match the rest of our deck. Marko volunteered to take a paint chip and have it matched and took on the whole project start to finish. Their rates are upfront, reasonable and they do what they say they will, when they say they will.
Today, I called him with no notice because I needed help putting in stairs down to the beach.He was able to find a half hour and accommodate the tide!!
