We can coordinate with contractors or other specialists on your behalf. This includes obtaining quotes (if needed), scheduling, providing access, documenting progress with photos, and offering reasonable on-site supervision to check for obvious issues and ensure work is moving forward as expected.

Basic Access and Logistics Support
For minimal-involvement requests, we can arrange access (via keys), coordinate entry timing with your chosen contractor, and provide for you photos or updates as instructed. No supervision, quality checks, or direct communication with the third party is included — you handle hiring, verification, and all follow-up.
Best for property owners with experience with repairs and renovations who just need someone to physically be here instead of them.

We started using Marko this winter to watch our place while we are down south each year. He has been amazing! He checks everything, inside and out. He makes sure the circuit breaker is on, the outdoor furniture stays covered and adjusts the heat based on the temperature so pipes don’t freeze. He takes pics of inside and out to send to us each time he does a check. He is very trustworthy and we are so glad we found him to watch our property!
