Marco is great, shortly after we started using Marcos services we had to unexpected events happen, Marco was amazing, a quick text/call to him, he responded immediately…jumped in and quickly resolved the issues.
Marco communicates at the end if every turnover and goes above and beyond to send phots and share anything that’s out of the ordinary. Recently took the liberty to fix a few items he noticed needing to be addressed.
I’m glad we made the decision to change to his services, extremely pleased. His services provide us with peace of mind knowing we can depend on him.

Marko of Clean Room Property Management LLC did an exemplary job of prepping, sanding, priming and painting the portico and door of an antique house. They were covered in layer upon layer of old paint which was obscuring the original features. Marko carefully sanded by hand and with a small sander the old peeling paint layers and created a smooth surface for the new paint. I can highly recommend Marko and his company and would not hesitate to use him again.

Marko and his team have been incredibly helpful after purchasing our condo in Ptown. We did a Google search for Property Managers in Ptown and were very impressed with the website. Since hiring this company they have helped us with multiple things including maintenance and fixing things in our condo, landscaping, cleaning, help with the AC and shower not working, installing a storm door, emergency situations, and several other things. He is incredibly responsive and has been a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend this company!

Exceptional service from Clean Room Property Management! I hired Marko to clear spider webs from my very high ceilings, which he did beautifully. But he also went above beyond what I asked for. He cleaned all my table top surfaces as well. He was incredibly thorough, hardworking, meticulous, and has a wonderful, kind spirit. We even shared a magical moment watching two majestic deer walking my backyard… I suspect it was Marko’s kind spirit that just may have called the deers to my home! I’m almost hesitant to tell you about Marko and his crew. I want to keep them for myself and my neighbors. I can’t recall a more responsive, talented and reliable service. And they do a lot more than turn overs and deep cleans. Marko is a problem solver.
I contacted them initially about a Spring deep clean of my family’s home next door and to set up turn overs for some summer rentals. Talking with Marko on our initial visit it became very clear, very soon that he could take on pretty much EVERY thing I needed to get done, to get the house ready for inspection. Putting in smoke detectors and installing fire extinguishers? No problem. Clean up the yard? Paint a ceiling? Absolutely. I feel like I’ve found a very likable genie.
I needed an outdoor barn type door painted to match the rest of our deck. Marko volunteered to take a paint chip and have it matched and took on the whole project start to finish. Their rates are upfront, reasonable and they do what they say they will, when they say they will.
Today, I called him with no notice because I needed help putting in stairs down to the beach.He was able to find a half hour and accommodate the tide!!
Anyone who’s lived here for a while knows why I’m gushing. Give them a call.

We started using Marko this winter to watch our place while we are down south each year. He has been amazing! He checks everything, inside and out. He makes sure the circuit breaker is on, the outdoor furniture stays covered and adjusts the heat based on the temperature so pipes don’t freeze. He takes pics of inside and out to send to us each time he does a check. When a large tree feel during a storm he found someone to chop it up and remove it, and he got us the lowest price of several people. He is very trustworthy and we are so glad we found him to watch our property!
