Basic Support
Basic Support in property management is our flexible on-demand service for quick, one-off tasks.
We show up when you need someone at your property but don’t require a full cleaning, major repair, or an ongoing work. Whether you can’t be there yourself, a tenant needs help, or you just need small errands handled — we take care of it.
If your need is a bit bigger or different, let us know — in all likelihood, we’ll handle it too.
Examples
- Showing tenants how to use appliances or systems (e.g., thermostat, locks).
- Assisting tenants with minor issues (e.g., resetting breakers, basic guidance).
- Restarting devices like Wi-Fi routers or cameras when the property is vacant.
- Shoveling snow from vents, paths, decks, or similar outdoor spaces.
- Escorting inspectors, delivery personnel, or visitors for one-time access.
- Bring out trash barrels and return next day.
- Bring in deliveries and mail.
- Restock fridge, pantry, or other supplies.
- Water plants.
- Any other reasonable tasks.

How It Works
We meet initially, we familiarize ourselves with your property, we learn where the main water shutoff valve is in case of a burst pipe, where the electric panel is in case of power issues, we learn how to access and navigate the property and then we’ll be on call when you need us.
The initial meeting is free as always.
Why It Is Free
Because we haven’t done any work, we just have an understanding that if you text/call/email, we’ll show up and we’ll be familiar with your property to do the task.
You’re only charged for the actual time and work performed—no flat fees, no minimums, no surprises.

He makes sure the circuit breaker is on, the outdoor furniture stays covered and adjusts the heat based on the temperature so pipes don’t freeze. He takes pics of inside and out to send to us each time he does a check. When a large tree feel during a storm he found someone to chop it up and remove it, and he got us the lowest price of several people.
