Summer Property Services in Provincetown
Routine summer property services in Provincetown provide proactive, scheduled maintenance to keep your property in good condition. These are performed on the agreed frequency and schedule, typically performed during business hours.
How It Works
- We agree on tasks to be done. Most standard tasks are listed below. It can be customized as needed.
- You select your preferred frequency: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
- We come and do the job on our recurring schedule as agreed.
- We’ll send you a photo report with notes after each visit if we agreed to do that – or if there’s anything unusual to report .
- You’re welcome to request extra visits whenever needed.
Examples of Standard Services
These are examples of the most common standard services we perform on a regular schedule over the summer. You can select any that fit your property’s need. We can add any that are not on the list.
Landscaping
Very basic landscaping care. We do trimming, cleanup, basic edging and pruning.
If you have any other large or specialized equipment, we may be able to help using that as well (we don’t have a vehicle large enough to transport large equipment).
Hot Tub and Pool Maintenance
Recurring checks including water chemistry balancing, skimming, vacuuming, filter cleaning, hot tub cover cleaning, pool brush and net maintenance, and minor adjustments.
Trash Service
Place trash and recycling barrels curbside before the collection day and return them the next day.
Checks and Conveniences
- Visual exterior/interior inspections (e.g., signs of damage, leaks, pests, temperature monitoring, checking utilities/HVAC basics).
- Purchase and restock groceries, beverages, essentials, toiletries, or other supplies based on your list or instructions.
- Receive, sign for, securely store, and handle packages, mail, or deliveries as directed
- Any other reasonable routine or preventive task (e.g., minor exterior maintenance or upkeep, plant watering).

We started using Marko this winter to watch our place while we are down south each year. He has been amazing! He checks everything, inside and out. He makes sure the circuit breaker is on, the outdoor furniture stays covered and adjusts the heat based on the temperature so pipes don’t freeze. He takes pics of inside and out to send to us each time he does a check. When a large tree feel during a storm he found someone to chop it up and remove it, and he got us the lowest price of several people. He is very trustworthy and we are so glad we found him to watch our property!
