Whether it’s helping tenants learn appliances and systems, fixing small issues like reset breakers or Wi-Fi routers and cameras, clearing snow, escorting inspectors or deliveries, managing trash barrels and mail, or restocking supplies, we handle it quickly with no hassle.
Regular Care and Maintenance
We provide proactive, scheduled maintenance to keep your home or vacation rental in excellent condition throughout the season or year-round.
Performed on your agreed frequency, this can include anything from general checks like visual inspections for damage or issues, trash/recycling barrel handling, supply restocking to minor landscaping and pool and hot tub maintenance.
Any other reasonable preventive or routine upkeep tasks can also be included.
Minor Repairs & Handyman Work
We handle small, non-structural interior and exterior fixes to keep your home or vacation rental looking good and functioning smoothly.
This includes minor drywall/plaster repairs, full interior painting, replacing broken items (e.g. latches, knobs, toilet seats), re-securing loose trim or railings, building simple shelves, and other basic fixes.

Winter Care and Maintenance
Proactive, scheduled winter checks to protect your home or vacation rental from cold-weather risks during the off-season.
We perform preventive tasks like adjusting the temperature, electrical panel and light checks, visual pipe and leak inspections with faucet/toilet runs, clearing snow from exterior vents, and a full walk-through for storm damage. At the same time, we can also look for pests, water plants, and bring in any packages or mail.

We started using Marko this winter to watch our place while we are down south each year. He has been amazing! He checks everything, inside and out. He makes sure the circuit breaker is on, the outdoor furniture stays covered and adjusts the heat based on the temperature so pipes don’t freeze. He takes pics of inside and out to send to us each time he does a check. When a large tree feel during a storm he found someone to chop it up and remove it, and he got us the lowest price of several people. He is very trustworthy and we are so glad we found him to watch our property!
