Minor Repairs and Handyman Services
We handle small, non-technical repairs and handyman work in Provincetown, as well as assembly tasks as requested, such as:
- Replacing visible broken parts.
- Re-securing loose elements (e.g., railings, trim, fixtures) with new screws.
- Building or mounting simple shelves.
- Assembling furniture or similar items from flat-pack kits.
- Securing or repairing loose outdoor elements (e.g., mailbox posts, house numbers, deck boards, or fence pickets with basic tools).
- General tightening and adjustment tasks (e.g., fixing squeaky hinges/doors, tightening loose toilet bases, or securing wobbly tables/chairs).
Painting
We perform interior touch-ups, patching cracked or peeling paint, surface preparation, and painting. This includes moderate fixes to damaged substrates (e.g., drywall/plaster patching in small to medium areas).
Replacing Parts
We can buy a part that needs to be replaced and replace it (e.g. window latches, toilet seats, hangers, knobs, railing or fence parts).
Basic Shelves
We build or mount simple shelves, including garage storage, basic floating shelves or brackets using boards and studs bought online, or from local stores or kits.

We have been using Clean Room Property Management since January 2026. Marko has been exceptional. He provides very detailed documentation for each visit to our home. We started using Marko this winter to watch our place while we are down south each year. He has been amazing! He checks everything, inside and out. He makes sure the circuit breaker is on, the outdoor furniture stays covered and adjusts the heat based on the temperature so pipes don’t freeze. He takes pics of inside and out to send to us each time he does a check. When a large tree feel during a storm he found someone to chop it up and remove it, and he got us the lowest price of several people. He is very trustworthy and we are so glad we found him to watch our property!
