How It Works

To get a quote for our cleaning services in Provincetown, just send us a text/email to talk or meet, and after that we’ll go over the questions listed below to familiarize ourselves with your property and your needs and preferences.

Then we give you a quote based on expected work: a range if we don’t meet in person and an exact quote after we see property.

How Do We Schedule

To schedule each cleaning we recommend you send an email to scheduling@cleanedroom.com. 

You can also send us a text message, call us or send a regular email, but this email has been set up in Gmail to be always marked as Important, be Starred and never go to spam. It’s the surest way to reliably schedule a cleaning. 

We will confirm later when we schedule it in our software.

Who Washes Linens

You choose that.

Most turnovers will have us do the linens off-site. Every time we come in, we bring freshly washed sheets and towels that we make the beds with and take the dirty linens with us to wash before the next turnover.

If you have a washing machine and only one or two beds, we can wash the linens on premises or if you have “bring your own linens “ policy, then there’s no need for us to do linens at all.

Damage Report

We check the place for any tenant damages and/or lost items and let you know with a photo report.

Turnover Cleaning

Turnover cleaning is the full cleaning performed after a guest leaves and before the next one comes in.

Its goal is to reset the entire property to a fresh, ready state so the new occupant finds it clean and welcoming.

It is more detailed than standard maintenance cleaning and ensures the space meets vacation rental standards.

Regular cleaning (also called standard, maintenance, or housekeeping cleaning) for owner-occupied residential homes is the ongoing or one-off cleaning service that maintains a home or property in good condition over time.

It’s fit your schedule and customized to your preferences – any item can be added of subtracted as you see fit.

  • Clean bathroom – all glass, sinks, showers/bath tubs, toilets, floors, etc.
  • Clean kitchen – countertops, appliances (typically only exterior), floor, etc.

Deep Cleaning

Deep cleaning is a comprehensive and intensive cleaning process that targets build up grime and dirt behind and underneath appliances and furniture and in hard-to-reach places,  

The focus is on restoring the property to a high level of cleanliness by addressing hard-to-reach and overlooked spots.

Usually done before the season or when it’s been a while.

What We Clean

  • Inside and behind appliances:  fridges, ovens, microwaves, etc.
  • Inside drawers and cabinets,
  • Baseboards, light fixtures, fans, vents
  • Walls, ceilings, blinds and fixtures
  • Vacuum and mop all floors, including under and behind furniture and carpets 
  • Full scrubbing, detailed dusting, and heavy sanitizing.
