When it's not bad enough to call 911
24/7
24/7 Emergency Support
If you have an emergency, we’re here 24/7. We provide emergency response for property management issues for our clients.
Having said that, we’re still a small company and the only person answering the phone as of spring 2026, is Marko, the owner.
We never intentionally turn the phone off or the sound off, but it’s still possible under specific circumstances that we don’t answer, such as the battery dies or we’re on the phone with someone else or with a client or we’re addressing another emergency. We will call back as soon as we can.
If it’s a life/safety emergency, call 911.
Emergency Response
We respond to urgent situations you consider emergencies. We assess the situation, perform minor safe fixes if feasible, or coordinate and oversee a qualified tradesperson as needed. Some of the emergencies we might be able to help with include:
- Power outages
- Flooding
- Storm damage
- Lockouts
- Broken walls/windows
- Etc.
As a small, growing operation with a building network of Tradespeople, response time and availability depend on location, weather, road conditions, the nature of the issue, availability of Tradespeople and our current capacity — we aim to respond as quickly as possible (typically within a few hours when reachable), source reliable professionals promptly as needed (emergency or non-emergency), and keep you updated throughout.
How To Prepare
The best time to make a plan for possible emergencies and prepare for them is now.
Here are some of the way we can help. Even if we can’t fully fix the situation, perhaps we can stabilize it enough until a professional arrives. When we meet:
- Show us where the water shutoff valves is so we can shut the water supply off in case of a burst pipe of flooding out of the water system.
- Show us where the electric panel is so we can shut the electricity off in case of power-related emergencies.
- Show us how to turn the pilot light for any heaters/appliances that we might need to do that for.
- Give us a key or another way to access the property if a guest is locked out. Make sure it works in case of the power outage.
- Have us do periodic checks on your property to catch any potential issues early.
- If you’d like extra security, you might also want to consider installing cameras and other smart systems in your home to monitor it 24/7.
When To Call 911
If you were at your home or rental at the time of the emergency that you would call 911 for – then call them anyway.
We only provide emergency response to property management issues that can be fixed by one person.
Most notably, call them if there is a:
- Medical emergency
- Police emergency
- Fire emergency
We lack the expertise, equipment and personnel to handle those kinds of emergencies ourselves.
If you’d like our help in such cases, call us after calling 911. We’ll keep you informed and in the loop with text and photo updates and will help in any way we can and follow your instructions when needed.
" we are so glad we found him "
We have been using Clean Room Property Management since January 2026. Marko has been exceptional. He provides very detailed documentation for each visit to our home. Marko is responsible, dependable, trustworthy and someone who goes above and beyond. We feel very fortunate to have Marko caring for our home while we are away. Highly recommend!
We would highly recommend Marko, he has been a great help with watching our condo this winter. Reliable and helpful.
We started using Marko this winter to watch our place while we are down south each year. He has been amazing! He checks everything, inside and out. He makes sure the circuit breaker is on, the outdoor furniture stays covered and adjusts the heat based on the temperature so pipes don’t freeze. He takes pics of inside and out to send to us each time he does a check. When a large tree feel during a storm he found someone to chop it up and remove it, and he got us the lowest price of several people. He is very trustworthy and we are so glad we found him to watch our property!
